Howdy from S&S Fencing — a family-owned, woman-owned, and woman-operated fencing company based in Cox's Creek, KY, serving Kentucky and Southern Indiana since 2015. We still answer the phone ourselves.
Meet the Owners
Shawn & Shelby Fick
S&S Fencing started in 2015 the way good family businesses usually do — with a pickup truck, a post-hole digger, and a short list of Kentucky farms that needed board fence done right. Shawn was in the field. Shelby was on the phone. Ten years later, that's still how it works.
We've grown into multi-crew operations across Kentucky and Southern Indiana — projects that range from a single replacement gate to multi-mile perimeter installs for industrial facilities and the landmark 16,000-foot Four Roses Distillery project at the Clermont property. What hasn't changed: Shawn or Shelby walks every job. The phone goes to a person, not a queue. And we still take the same pride in a straight line of board fence as we do in a clean industrial perimeter.

Our Equipment: We run our own skid steers, post drivers, augers, and trailers — which means we don't wait on subs, we don't pass through equipment markups, and we can handle ground conditions other crews can't. Difficult terrain, rocky soil, steep grade, wet pasture — we've fenced it.

Shawn & Shelby Fick found S&S Fencing & Property Maintenance LLC in Cox's Creek, KY — a pickup truck, a post-hole digger, and a short list of farms that needed board fence done right.
Expanded into commercial fencing, taking on large-scale agricultural and industrial projects.
Completed the landmark 16,000-foot Four Roses Distillery project at the Clermont property.
Added fence painting, skid loader services, and post augering to the service lineup.
Earned BBB Accreditation and Blue Book ProView verification. Expanded into Southern Indiana.
